What if the admin forgets the password?

# What Should I Do If the Administrator Forgets the Password?

If you forget the super administrator password of the MrDoc you created, there are 2 ways to handle it:

- Change the user's password in the command terminal;
- Create a new super administrator in the command terminal, log in to the backend with this super administrator, and change the user's password;

==The following commands are operated in the MrDoc project root directory (the directory where the manage.py file is located). For Docker deployment, please refer to [https://doc.mrdoc.pro/doc/3958/#h3_修改用户密码](https://doc.mrdoc.pro/doc/3958/#h3_修改用户密码 "https://doc.mrdoc.pro/doc/3958/#h3_修改用户密码")==

## Directly Change the User Password

Open the command-line terminal and enter the following command:

```
python manage.py changepassword 用户名
```

Enter the new password as prompted.

## Create a New Super Administrator

Open the command-line terminal and enter the following command:

```
python manage.py createsuperuser
```

Enter the information as prompted.

Then use this newly created administrator user to log in to the backend management page and change the password of the user who forgot the password:
