Deploy with Docker Compose

# Docker Compose Deployment

Compose is a tool for defining, orchestrating, and running multi-container Docker applications. With Compose, you can use a YML file to configure all the services the application needs. Then, with a single command, you can create and start all the services from the YML file configuration.

Even if you do not need to orchestrate multiple containers, using Docker Compose can greatly improve container management efficiency.

MrDoc provides a default `docker-compose.yml` orchestration file. If you have custom orchestration requirements, you can also create a file named `docker-compose.override.yml` in the same directory and write the new orchestration content into it.

## Deployment

Dependencies:

- Git
- Docker
- Docker Compose

Please install the above software on the device first.

### Fresh Deployment

If the MrDoc project code does not exist on your device, open a command-line terminal and run the following command to pull the MrDoc code and perform Docker Compose deployment:

```
git clone https://gitee.com/zmister/mrdoc-install.git && cd mrdoc-install && chmod +x docker-install.sh && ./docker-install.sh
```

### Deployment with Existing Code

If the MrDoc project code already exists on your device, run the following command in the MrDoc project directory to perform Docker Compose container deployment:

```shell
docker-compose up -d
```

## Update

If there is a version update, simply run the `docker-update.sh` script in the MrDoc project directory to complete the update.
