## Pro Edition Licensing Method

MrDoc Pro edition adopts a **perpetual licensing model**. After purchase, you can use the acquired Pro edition version permanently.
**The purchase license includes a 1-year official version update period. During the update period, you can continuously obtain new versions released by the official team; after the update period ends, the normal use of the acquired version is not affected.**

**Standard deployment licenses are calculated by domain, and intranet deployment licenses are calculated by instance. Neither is charged by the number of users or the number of knowledge bases (projects).** Under a single license, multiple users and projects can be created according to actual needs, with no additional payment required for the number of users or projects, and **there is no limit on the number of users or projects.**

After purchasing the Pro edition perpetual license, a 1-year official version update period is included. After the update period ends, if you need to obtain subsequently released official new versions, you can renew the version update period annually.

**Version update period renewal rules (calculated by 1 year):**

*   Within 6 months after expiration, the validity period of version updates is calculated from the renewal date, and the renewal price is **¥198/year**;
*   More than 6 months after expiration, renew at the price of **¥396**, and the version update validity period is calculated as 1 year from the renewal date.
