MrDoc Pro Edition Software End User License Agreement

Please read carefully: This "MrDoc Pro Edition Software User License Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (a natural person, legal entity, or other organization) and Jianghua Yao Autonomous County Midao Network Technology Studio (hereinafter referred to as "Midao Network Technology", official website: https://mrdoc.pro) concerning the copying, downloading, installation, and use of the MrDoc Pro Edition software (hereinafter referred to as the "Software") and any updates provided for the Software (including but not limited to: bug fixes, patches, updates, upgrades, enhancements, new versions, and subsequent software, collectively referred to as "Updates") and support services. Once you copy, download, install, or otherwise use this "Software", it indicates that you fully agree to and accept all terms of this Agreement, including acceptance of any modifications made by Midao Network Technology to the terms of this Agreement at any time.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, please do not copy, download, view, install, or otherwise use this "Software".

1\. Intellectual Property Protection:
The intellectual property rights of this "Software" are solely owned by Midao Network Technology.

The structure, organization, and code of this "Software", as well as all information content related to the "Software", are trade secrets and confidential information of "Midao Network Technology", and are protected by copyright law and other intellectual property laws and regulations.

2\. License Authorization:
On the basis that you fully accept and comply with this Agreement, this Agreement grants you certain rights and a non-exclusive license to use the "Software", allowing you to use the "Software" for the purposes permitted by the terms of this Agreement, and "Midao Network Technology" reserves all other rights.

Definition of "Personal Non-Commercial Use": Refers to an individual using this "Software" in a non-institutional setting and for non-commercial purposes.
Definition of "Commercial Use": Refers to an institutional organization (such as a company, enterprise, government, school, military, hospital, social organization, or other types of organizations) using this "Software" for any purpose (any purpose includes commercial purposes or non-profit purposes), or an individual using this "Software" for any commercial purpose.

If you wish to use this "Software", you must obtain an authorization license from "Midao Network Technology". To purchase an authorization license for this "Software", please visit: https://mrdoc.pro/.
After obtaining the authorization license, you may apply this "Software" to "Personal Non-Commercial Use" and "Commercial Use", and obtain technical support services within the specified scope according to the technical support period, technical support method, and technical support content determined by the type of authorized service you have obtained; each commercial authorization of this Software can only be applied to the installation and single-instance operation of one domain name website. If you have multiple domain name websites built using this Software, you must purchase one commercial authorization for each website you own.

3\. Beta "Software":
This Software may provide beta versions. The beta "Software" is only for inspection, demonstration, and evaluation of the software within a limited period. Its performance and compatibility have not reached the level of a final full release version, and significant changes to the "Software" may be made in the future. It is only for testing the "Software" and should not be used for formally building websites.

4\. Constraints and Restrictions:
Before obtaining the authorization license for this "Software", you must not copy, download, install, or use this "Software".
· Any information related to this "Software" provided by Midao Network Technology or obtained by you may only be used by you for the purposes permitted by this Agreement, and you must not disclose it to any third party; you must not create any software that is substantially similar in style to this "Software".
· With respect to any information, software, product, or service obtained from Midao Network Technology, you must not modify, adapt, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or bypass any technical restrictions in the "Software", or create derivative works based on the above, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code from this "Software", or repackage this "Software", or extract substantial portions of the "Software" documentation for other applications.
· You must not modify, publish, rent, sell, distribute, mortgage, transfer, license, or sublicense this "Software" or its associated commercial authorization.
· This "Software" may contain certain independent functions or features that can only be used after your domain name website purchases an authorization license for this Software. Without obtaining an authorization license, you must not use, attempt to use, or copy these authorized-version independent functions, nor otherwise bypass the technology that controls such functions.

5\. Must Not Be Used for Illegal or Prohibited Purposes:
When using this "Software" or services, you must not use this "Software" product or services for any illegal purpose or any purpose prohibited by the terms, conditions, and statements of this Agreement.

6\. Disclaimer:
This "Software" is licensed "as is", and you must bear the risk of using this "Software" yourself. Midao Network Technology provides no express, implied, or any other form of warranty or representation for this "Software". Under no circumstances shall Midao Network Technology be liable to you or any third party for any losses caused by the use of or inability to use this Software (including but not limited to loss of commercial profits, business interruption, or loss of business information), even if Midao Network Technology has been advised of the possibility of such losses. Under no circumstances shall Midao Network Technology bear any liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, whether such claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other cause.
This Software may have built-in third-party services. You should assess the risks of using these third-party services yourself, and any disputes arising from the use of such third-party services shall be borne entirely by you.
Midao Network Technology bears no responsibility for any information content in websites built using this "Software" or any copyright disputes, legal controversies, and consequences arising therefrom, and all responsibility shall be borne entirely by you.
Midao Network Technology may frequently provide "Software" updates or upgrades, but Midao Network Technology has no obligation to provide maintenance or updates for the "Software" licensed under this Agreement.

7\. Reservation of Rights and Ownership:
Midao Network Technology reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement. Midao Network Technology reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time, and only needs to publish it on the official website of Midao Network Technology (https://mrdoc.pro/), without obtaining your prior consent and without separate notice, and the updated content shall take effect immediately upon publication. You may visit the official website of Midao Network Technology at any time to review the latest version of the license terms. If you continue to use this "Software" after the update takes effect, it will be deemed that you have accepted the new terms.

8. Termination of Agreement
Once you begin downloading, installing, or using this "Software", you are deemed to have fully understood and accepted all terms of this Agreement. While enjoying the licensing rights granted by the above terms, you are also subject to relevant constraints and restrictions. Actions outside the scope of this Agreement's license will directly violate this Agreement and constitute infringement.
Once you violate the terms of this Agreement, Midao Network Technology may terminate this Agreement, revoke the license and authorization at any time, and require you to bear corresponding legal and economic responsibilities.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
If you have a dispute with Midao Network Technology regarding issues related to this Agreement, both parties have the right to file a lawsuit in the competent court where Midao Network Technology is located.
