# MrDoc Mobile APP Privacy Policy

Welcome to **MrDoc APP** (hereinafter referred to as "this application").

We understand the importance of personal information to you and are committed to handling your privacy and data security with a high degree of care. Before using this application, please read carefully and fully understand this Privacy Policy.

## 0. Nature of the Application

This application is client software for the MrDoc server. It does not provide cloud-based document storage or unified online content services. Users connect through this application to MrDoc service instances deployed and operated by the users themselves or their organizations. Content generated, uploaded, stored, and published by users through self-hosted MrDoc services is the responsibility of the operating entity of the corresponding MrDoc server.

## 0. Special Notes on the uni-app Runtime Environment

This application is developed based on DCloud uni-app (5+ App / Wap2App) technology. The 5+ App engine that uni-app depends on has the underlying capability to access device unique identifier information (such as IMEI, Android ID, DEVICE_ID, IDFA, SIM card IMSI, OAID, etc.), for possible runtime statistics, application launch analysis, and exception error log analysis, in order to support the basic runtime capabilities of the application. **It should be particularly noted that:**

*   This application **does not actively call** any device unique identifier related interfaces
*   It **does not integrate** DCloud statistics, advertising, push, or third-party analytics services
*   It will not upload any device identifier information or data to developer servers

This Privacy Policy applies to all functions and services you use through this application.

It should be particularly noted that:

    **are stored on servers deployed and managed by you**

*   This application **does not provide, control, or retain any copies of server data**

### 2. Data Transmission

*   This application communicates with your designated server only in the following cases:

*   Login authentication

*   Document browsing, editing, and synchronization

*   File upload and download

*   All communication occurs **only between your device and your designated server**

## 4. System Permission Usage

To implement core functions, this application may request the following system permissions **when you actively use the relevant functions**:

### (1) Network Permission

*   **Purpose**: To access the knowledge base server you have configured

*   **Note**: If denied, data synchronization will not be possible

### (2) Storage Permission

*   **Purpose**: To save local cache, import/export documents, and manage attachments

*   **Note**: Used only for local file operations

### (3) Camera / Photo Album Permission

*   **Purpose**: To upload images or attachments in document editing

*   **Note**: Requested only when the corresponding function is triggered

### (4) Clipboard Permission

*   **Purpose**: To save clipboard content as a document when the user actively performs the operation

*   **Note**: Read only when the user explicitly triggers the operation; no background or continuous access

### (5) QR Code Scanning Permission

*   **Purpose**: To scan the Web-side user Token QR code during user information configuration for quick configuration of user information

*   **Note**: Called only when the user explicitly triggers the operation

👉 **All permissions are optional**
👉 **Denying a permission will not cause the application to force quit**

## 5. Third-Party SDKs and Services

This application:

*   Does not integrate advertising SDKs

*   Does not integrate statistical analysis SDKs

*   Does not integrate push, tracking, or risk control SDKs

*   Does not connect to any third-party data collection services

It only uses basic capabilities provided by the operating system (such as network requests, system WebView, and system sharing).

*   This application does not use Cookies

*   It may use local storage (such as LocalStorage):

*   To save login status

*   To save user settings

*   All local data is **stored only on your device**
