# MrDoc Disclaimer and User Compliance Statement

## I. Disclaimer

1. **Software Nature**
   The MrDoc knowledge base system (English name: MrDoc, hereinafter referred to as "this software") includes an open-source edition and a Pro edition, both of which are deployed and used by users themselves. It is provided as a knowledge base management tool and is intended only for information organization, storage, and management. The development team assumes no responsibility for any actions taken by users through this software.

2. **Assumption of Risk**
   Users who deploy and use this software themselves must bear all resulting risks and legal liabilities. Users shall ensure that their use complies with the laws and regulations of their location and shall not use this software to engage in any illegal or non-compliant activities.

3. **Limitation of Liability**
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, the MrDoc development team shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by the use of this software, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, and loss of profits.

4. **No Warranty**
   This software is provided "as is," without any express or implied warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. **Handling of Illegal Use**
   This software is deployed by users themselves, and the development team cannot intervene in, access, or influence the user's environment. If a user engages in illegal use, the development team will cooperate with law enforcement agencies in accordance with the law during investigations and recommends that users use the software in a lawful and compliant manner.

## II. User Compliance Statement

1. **Lawful and Compliant Use**
   Users undertake to use this software in a lawful and compliant manner, ensuring that the content uploaded, stored, and disseminated does not violate laws and regulations and does not contain illegal, obscene, fraudulent, violent, infringing, or other unlawful information.

2. **Content Management Responsibility**
   As the deployer and operator of the software, users bear responsibility for content management, shall promptly remove illegal or non-compliant information, and shall cooperate with regulatory authorities in handling relevant matters in accordance with the law.

3. **Intellectual Property Statement**
   Content uploaded by users must be based on lawful rights, and users shall avoid infringing on the intellectual property rights of any third party. Disputes arising from content shall be borne by users themselves.

4. **Cooperation with Law Enforcement**
   Users shall actively cooperate with law enforcement agencies in investigating relevant illegal activities in accordance with the law and provide necessary assistance.
