Email Sender
Some email sending features in MrDoc require prior configuration of the "Sender Email Address." ## Email Configuration In the "Email Settings" section under Admin Panel > Site Settings, configure the following information based on your sender email details: - **Enable Email**: This switch must be turned on to use email configuration. - **Sender Email Address**: The email address used to send emails. - **SMTP Host**: The SMTP host associated with the sender email address. - **SMTP Port**: The SMTP port associated with the sender email address. - **SMTP Username**: The nickname displayed for the sender email address. - **SMTP Password**: The password for the sender email address. For some email services, an authorization code is used for sending emails via SMTP. In such cases, enter the authorization code here. - **Use SSL**: If the configured SMTP host and port use SSL, this switch must be enabled. Example as follows: ## Verify Email Configuration After filling in and saving the email configuration details, you can click "Verify Email Settings" to check whether the configuration is accurate. If the configuration is correct, your sender email address will receive an email sent by itself. If there is an error in the configuration, an error message will pop up on the page.
