Attachment Preview
MrDoc Professional Edition natively supports previewing attachments in various formats by default. Site administrators can configure attachment preview methods in the **Backend Management → Site Settings → Collection, Document, and Material Settings** section. ## Preview Methods ### Default Preview Method Supports previewing attachments in formats such as PDF, MP4, ZIP, XLSX, XLS, CSV, and DOCX. > ⚠️ Please note: If a third-party object storage service is used, ensure that the domain name of the third-party object storage is added to the [Cross-domain Domain Name Configuration](https://doc.mrdoc.pro/doc/3990/#h2-跨域域名配置) in the configuration file. ### LibreOffice Preview Method The main difference between the LibreOffice preview method and the default preview method lies in the handling of Office-related format attachments. This method supports previewing text and Office file format attachments such as `'opt', 'csv', 'doc', 'docx', 'odp', 'ods', 'ppt', 'pptx', 'tsv', 'wps', 'xls', 'xlsx', 'txt'`. If you choose the LibreOffice preview method, attachments in formats like PDF, MP4, and ZIP will still be previewed using the default preview method. LibreOffice converts Office-related format attachments to PDF, and the preview of such attachments is presented in the form of a PDF preview. ## Viewing Attachment Previews You can preview a specific attachment by clicking the preview icon on the **Personal Center → Material Management → Attachment Management** page. ## Inserting Attachment Previews in Documents You can directly insert an attachment preview iframe in the document editor.
