Web Import
MrDoc offers two primary methods for importing documents on the web interface: - **Document Editor**: Primarily used for importing a single document into the editor. - **Personal Center**: Designed for batch imports. ## 1. Document Editor Import Navigate to the "New Document" page, hover over the "Import" option in the top navigation bar, and a list of supported document types will appear. Select the desired document type, choose the file to import from the local file selection dialog, and wait for the background upload and conversion process to complete. Currently supported formats include various text documents (Markdown, Text, etc.), Word documents in .docx format, and other Office document types. ## 2. Personal Center Import The Personal Center supports two import methods: - **Local Document Import** - **Collection Outline Import** Access via: **Personal Center** → **Collection Management** → **Import Collection** ### 2.1 Local Document Import This method allows batch importing of local Markdown, Text, and .docx Word files into a specified collection. After importing the documents, click the "Publish Documents" button to complete the process. ### 2.2 Collection Outline Import The Collection Outline Import feature enables users to conveniently create a collection with a predefined document structure using a visual mind map editor. The structure of the mind map directly corresponds to the document hierarchy within the collection: the first-level node represents the collection name, while all other sub-nodes represent hierarchical documents. Once the collection structure is edited, click the "Create Collection and Documents" button to finalize the setup.
