Collaboration & Members
By default, only the collection author can create documents within the collection. If you need other users or user groups to participate in document creation for the collection, you can add **Collaborative Members** to the collection. The operation path is as follows: Go to **Personal Center** → **Collection Management**, and in the collection list table, click **"Members"**:  Or click the **"Settings"** icon next to the **"Collection Members"** column data:  This will take you to the Collection Members Management page, where you can add collaborative members as needed:  Once added, the collaborative members of the collection can start creating content within the collection:  ## Collaborative Member Permissions **Basic Permissions**: Can create new documents within the collection, and modify or delete documents they have created. **Advanced Permissions**: Can create, delete, and modify any documents within the collection.
